ABOUT ORDER

Can I return my Mystery Box or any items from my Mystery Box ?
Just like all of our in-person Sample Sales, these purchases will be FINAL SALE. We cannot accept any returns or requests for exchanges, and we will not be making any exceptions for any reason.

 

What if nothing fits or what if it’s not my style?
Just like at our in-person sample sales, we're afraid nothing is guaranteed. If items in your box do not work for you we suggest you try and swap with friends or consider posting the item for someone else in the community to snap up. We truly hope you find satisfaction and joy in your box, but we're afraid there is no way around the fact that while fun, a mystery is by its nature a risk.

 

How do I place my order?

Answer: It’s easy to place an order at https://www.synochyna.com/

1.Choose one piece of items and click on the “Add to Cart” button, if you want to buy a variety of colors, add them into the cart one by one.

2.Continue to checkout: Choose the payment method you want to use. Page will direct you to make payment.

3.Input your shipping address, email address and phone number and click 'Continue'.

4.Verify information.

5.Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order.

How do I change an order after it has been placed?

Answer: If you want to revise any information with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made after shipment.  

 

How can I cancel an order?

Answer: Any cancellation on the order please email us: admin@synochyna.com within 24 hours after placing the order. Any order cancellation after 24 hours will be charged with a 30% restocking fee.

 

Why didn’t I get a confirmation/shipping email?

Answer: After placing an order you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. We ask you to review your items and shipment address. Therefore, it is important to provide us with a valid email address.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam box.

To ensure that our emails do not go to your spam/junk folder, add admin@synochyna.com to your email address list.

ABOUT PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? 

Answer: We mainly accept PayPal payment, but you can also choose to use all the major credit CARDS (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX) when checking out.

 

How can I make order with a promotional code?

Answer: If you have a promotional code. Once in “add to cart”, below your order is a “Promotional Code” box. Enter the code and click “apply”. Your discount will appear to the right.

 

What should I do when I cannot complete the payment via PayPal?

 

 

Answer: If you have some problems with your payment, please feel free to contact us with your order detail.

Do you ship worldwide?

Answer: Yes. We are glad to offer shipping service to most countries around the world!

 

When will my order be processed? 

Answer: We have warehouses all over the world, so all orders are handled and shipped according to the customer's address nearby. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days).
